Leigh Hatch manages and oversees the Property Management Department for Hatch Realty, specialising in Executive and Corporate Leasing. Her background has always been customer service driven and Leigh truly believes in treating every property she manages as her own. |

| Leigh’s early training has been in the Hospitality Industry. She trained at the Ryde Food School in Catering Management after which she became Head Chef of a Hotel Restaurant as well as managing a Hospitality Broking Firm. Eager to learn more about running a business, Leigh decided to change career direction and obtained a diploma in Human Resource Management. In 1989 Leigh had the task of setting up Human Resource Systems and training 300 staff for 12 Food & Beverage outlets at the Sydney Opera House. By 1991 she was head of the Department. |

In 1994 Leigh took on the challenging position of Human Resources Manager heading up the recruitment drive and training 500 fun people for the reopening of Luna Park, Sydney. |

After several years consulting to various organisations, Leigh decided to join her husband Greg in Real Estate. |

When Hatch Realty opened their doors in 1998, the business primarily focused on sales. Having listened to numerous clients disappointed in the level of service in the Real Estate industry and with repeated requests to manage properties, six months later Hatch Realty announced the opening of their Management and Executive Lease Department. |

Leigh’s main aim is to restore ‘trust’ to the industry and to constantly maintain her presence with a ‘hands on’ approach. Leigh has a unique commitment to business and prefers to operate Hatch Realty as a smaller more intimate agency. Not necessarily bigger but stronger and better, thus enabling the business to remain an exceptional boutique agency. |

Leigh credits her success to having a strong and individual image. She is totally committed to her clients interest at all times and is prepared to work around the clock to achieve the best, fairest and quickest result for both landlords and tenants. Leigh treats any demanding situation as a personal test, constantly striving for excellence. Most of her business has been through referrals as a result of this approach. |

Although a majority of properties managed by Leigh are in her local area of Mosman, she has successfully built up a portfolio of properties in other areas of Sydney including the CBD, Glebe, Lane Cove, Chatswood, the North Shore and the Northern Beaches. |
